11月14日，WCG官網公布了WCG2013世界總決賽英雄聯盟項目的比賽規則。

WCG committee has announced the WCG 2013 Grand Final‘League of Legends' rule for better tournament operations as below.

Please read below for the rules and changes and we hope to see your best performance in WCG 2013 Grand Final event.

'League of Legends'

- Game Version: League of Legends – V3.1.0.3 [*English version client]

（is also the same as V3.13 in NA）

* Heimerdinger and Sivir are prohibited, but using Jinx is allowed

in WCG 2013 Grand Final.

- General Game Setting

* Mode : Tournament Draft

* Champion Selection: Draft mode will be used. All champions will be unlocked which

will allow players to select any champion that is not banned during the draft mode

except for Heimerdinger and Sivir. （Jinx is allowed）

* Map: 5v5 Summoner's Rift （Summer）
